Shipping Policy

Order Processing  
You place an order. We process it within 2 to 7 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times  
You see shipping costs at checkout. Rates depend on location, weight, and carrier.  
Standard shipping takes 3 to 7 business days.  
Expedited shipping takes 1 to 3 business days.  
Delivery times exclude processing time.

Order Tracking  
You receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Use it to monitor delivery status.

We ship within the United States. Contact support for international requests.

Delays  
Carriers control delivery once shipped. Weather, holidays, or high volume can cause delays.

Incorrect Addresses  
You must enter the correct address. We do not cover lost orders due to incorrect information.

Lost or Damaged Packages  
Inspect your package on arrival. If damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.  
If lost, contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date.

Returns Related to Shipping  
You pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
